Today, I will talk about the great benefits of biotin; to the ones that don't know about it quite well.
Biotin is VERY important not just for hair but for your body as well. Biotin helps turn the food that you eat into energy and also helps you have healthy eyes, hair, nails, and skin. Biotin is apart of vitamin B group which can maintain healthy hair and reduce hair loss and brittle, dry hair.
Biotin (vitamin B) is also in foods such as oatmeal, egg yolk, peanuts, soy, organ meats, bananas, and brewers meats.
If you REALLY want healthy long hair, please invest in Biotin. You can purchase Biotin in your local vitamin shop. If you're pregnant, I recommend you NOT take Biotin!
