Green Juice Recipe for Beginners




If you are new to green juicing, you might want to start off slow as a super green juice might be a shock to you system and sometimes you might to detox faster than you like making you feel awful for hours after drinking the juice.  Also to offset the taste of predominately green ingredients like spinach and kale, it’s a good idea to mix in some other sweeter fruits and vegetables.

Here is a great recipe to get you started: 
Green Juice for Beginners
  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 cups of spinach ( or a few large handfuls)
  • ¼ of a lemon
Instructions: 

Add the spinach to the juicer first as the rest of the more water dense fruits and vegetables will help push the spinach juice through the juicer, Just the rest of fruits and vegetables as you normally would, and either peel the lemon and add the slices to juicer or squeeze into finished juice.
