Just because it's the 15th day of the new year, don't give up yet.
I know, everyone has 'get fit & healthy' on their new years resolution list; letting you know, if you fall off, get back on and keep going.
Don't worry everyone has that problem. If you stop now, you won't know what body would look like in 3 to 4 months. Stay on course and stay focus.
Good luck on everything and you got this; now grind it out.
