Juice Recipe #1 : For Pain Relief

It's your girl, Shabria. 

I hope you guys had a good weekend and enjoying your week so far, so I have a juice recipe for you this morning/afternoon/evening. You do need a juicer, not a blender - and there is a huge difference too! I hope you guys enjoy this and I'm definitely continuing with this as well.

The Ingredients: 

2 medium apples (granny smiths preferably)
2 large stalk of celery
1/2 cucumber
Romaine Lettuce
1 orange


Directions : Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.
